noy pillora had been in the Philippine music scene in the last three decades of his life. He started singing with Saro Banares as a duo and called themselves ‘ Mike & Cesar .’ Later Nene (Lolita Carbon) joined them and together they founded one of the Philippines’ most popular group named ASIN.
